The Housing Authority of the County of San Mateo (HACSM) is accepting Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for 2-bedroom apartments at Half Moon Village from the earliest confirmed date of February 2, 2024, until the maximum number of applications have been received.
At the voucher briefing, applicants will learn their obligations under the program and will receive the Request for Tenancy Approval (RFTA) packet. Once the RFTA is received, new voucher holders can begin searching for their new home.
