The Santa Barbara County Emergency Medical Services Agency (SBCEMSA) is a division of the Santa Barbara County Public Health Department. The Public Health Preparedness Program goal is to prepare public health, medical and long term care providers in Santa Barbara County for emergencies and disasters.
