Scam E-mails Alert. Our attention has been drawn to mails being sent out by fraudsters, requesting for such sensitive information as Internet Banking Account and ATM Card Details.
Read the tips below to help you spot potential scams. Online fraud typically takes the form of fraudulent e-mails and Web sites. These forged means of communication often use corporate logos, colors and legal disclaimers to make them appear authentic.
Our attention has been drawn to recent phishing emails sent to GTBank customers claiming that they have been enrolled for a CUSTOMER DIGEST BULLETIN and their account will be charged a monthly fee of N19,050 or an annual fee of N234,000. Please disregard and delete all such emails.
Beware of scam e-mails claiming to be from GTBank Ghana, asking you to update your account records or provide PIN. Do not click on any links or respond to such mails. Contact GTBank Ghana if you have responded to them.
