Schramsberg sparkling wines are produced from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes grown in a broad array of cool-climate North Coast vineyards located in Napa, Mendocino, Sonoma and Marin counties.
Schramsberg Vineyards is a winery located in Calistoga, California in the Napa Valley region. The vineyard, which was founded in 1862 by the German immigrant Jacob Schram, produces a series of sparkling wines using the same method as champagne.
We offer a combined portfolio tasting of six wines: three Schramsberg sparkling wines, and three of our Davies Vineyards wines – Pinot Noirs and Cabernet Sauvignons. Please allow approximately one hour for this visit.

Schramsberg sparkling wines have naturally high levels of acidity that give them incredible longevity; many have the potential to age for 20 to 30 years. It also lends itself to a fresh, bright style that will pair marvellously with a variety of rich foods like oysters, caviar, or a charming triple-crème, like Brillat-Savarin.
