10 Αυγ 2023 · When using Teams on my Macbook Air, my ability to share single applications or my entire screen has suddenly stopped working. When going to select the screen I want to share on a call, it is just without information (can't seem to upload pictures of this). If I do select screen and try and share, I am told the my screen looks grey or black.
17 Οκτ 2022 · During meetings I am only able to share the entire screen (Screen #1, Screen #2.. on a two monitor set up), but not individual windows (Excel, Outlook Email) that are open. The only other option I see besides the 'Screen' is Power Point - even when Power Point is not open.
16 Νοε 2021 · Scroll through the column on the left, and select Screen recording. Click the padlock icon at the bottom, and enter the password to your account. Once the padlock is ‘unlocked’. In the pane on the right, select the checkbox next to Microsoft Teams. Quit Microsoft Teams and open it again to share your screen.
9 Δεκ 2022 · I'm having a similar issue and it is NOT an HDR setting, but seems to be related to Nvidia's ShadowPlay, screen recording functionality. I can share a screen but if I unshare and share again it will crash 90% of the time. When I restart Teams I also seen Nvidia's shadowplay restart with a notification at the top right part of the screen.
15 Μαΐ 2023 · Agree with previous comment, "Skype would allow for both users to share a screen simultaneously. Teams was a step backwards for sure when they did not implement this feature." Simultaneous two-user screen sharing is key for training, support, QA, peer review.
- Under Resolution, select a lower resolution from the drop-down menu. - Click on Apply and keep changes. - Restart Teams and try screen sharing again. - Use a different screen sharing option. Teams offers different ways to share your screen, such as sharing your desktop, a window, a PowerPoint presentation, or a whiteboard.
3 Απρ 2023 · This is very annoying, very common and usual bug in MS Teams not fixed for ages. When people want to share screen then gray screen is visible instead. Could you please fix this finally, how long we should wait for such fixes?! This is not only me having this problem and this repeats all the time.
28 Φεβ 2024 · I was just trying to use Teams for the first time in a couple of months to record a lesson, and Teams was trying to coerce me to move to the new version. When I tried to share my screen, it simply would not work, as described in the parent. Perhaps MS shouldn't try to coerce users to upgrade to a new version that is fundamentally broken.
11 Οκτ 2023 · When sharing your screen on the new Teams, the share screen bar disappears but another bar remains that tells you you are sharing your screen and provides a quick option to stop sharing. However, this bar intrudes on any tabs that are behind it and if you barely scroll over/touch it, it immediately opens up the big share screen bar.
