Sean McVay (born January 24, 1986) is an American professional football coach who is the head coach of the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League (NFL). He became the youngest NFL head coach in the modern era when he was hired by the Rams in 2017 at the age of 30.
McVay became the youngest coach in modern NFL history at 30 years old. He has led the Rams to five playoff berths and two Super Bowl appearances in his first seven seasons, winning Super Bowl LVI at SoFi Stadium. McVay has a 70-45 regular season record and is 7-4 in the playoffs.
