20 Ιουλ 2004 · When I log into my service canada account, I do not see any applications at all. There is no reference to the application I submitted on March 25 when I click "View my latest claim". Is this normal? I see people are posting that they are able to see a status when they login, but I don't even see my application.
Whenever I try calling Service Canada to report my daughter's birth and switch from sick leave to mat I can never get through. I just get a message saying they are getting higher call volume and that they can't transfer my call to a representative.
14 Απρ 2010 · You have to call Service Canada. Call volume is lower on Thursday mornings. My call went right through when I hit 0 three times at the beginning of the recorded. It caught me off guard when the call went straight through and someone answered right away. I had even trying to get through for a couple of weeks.

19 Ιαν 2005 · My last day of work was April 18, I sent in my application for EI on april 24, and I’ve been checking my service Canada account everyday to see if my ROE has been posted on there and it hasn’t been... My employer said she sent it electronically and everything I’ve read said they should receive it pretty quick if not instantly.
14 Νοε 2003 · When you registered for babys birth certificate I'm pretty sure that information carries forward as they request your social and I'm pretty sureconce you recieve "baby bonus" the payments appear online on your service canada account (not 100% just assuming because that would make sense) so technically you already have informed them.
Hi, I know this is an old post.. but I found the formal answers by tweeting Service Canada. I am posting here becuz this thread came up every time I tried to search for this information, so it may benefit others doing the same.
