18 Μαρ 2023 · So Sett is one of my favorite champs in Aram, however because he can be OP he deals -10% less dmg, -10% healing, +10% more dmg taken, -10% shielding and -20 ability haste on ARAM. I feel like the ability haste nerf really sucks early and because of it I usually go goredrinker into black cleaver for the AH.
3 Αυγ 2023 · The only bad thing is the Healing and damage dealt. I know Sett scales pretty hard with Heartsteel, but 10% less damage is too much, since it affects his whole kit, not only W/R. Same thing with Healing, the only sustain Sett have is Goredrinker and Botrk, so nerfing that is ridiculous.
the amount of heartsteel stacks is super unusual for aram games but ofc most people here wont do research and just jump on conclusion, in normal aram games heartsteelstacks are around 1000-1200 stacks not more. just shows you how unrealistic that scenario is.
7 Νοε 2021 · Sett isn't overloaded, he is overtuned (numbers are maybe a bit too high). His kit is very straightforward and predictable, unlike something like, say, Aphelios which is actually overloaded. EDIT: Oh yes, and he is actually nerfed in ARAM (-5% and +5% damage given/taken)
17 Ιαν 2022 · An average Sett, like an average Akali, will either face opponents skilled enough to play around their kit (i.e. not stand linearly behind their hp tank) or are themselves not good enough to play him and 1v5. Meanwhile champs with higher average ARAM winrates can be facerolled for approximately the same result after all their nerfs.
11 Μαρ 2024 · So i just had a game as sett, he has nerfs to damage dealt (90%), taken (110%), ability haste (-20), healing (80%) and shielding (80%). I would love to know the reasoning on this. One champion (janna) was able to shut me down, (Slows/Knockup) keep me out of the fight and preventing me from doing anything to their team.
6 Δεκ 2022 · Today, I classify him an A+ tier. All of these differences are indicated by hovering over a character's "Howling abyss" buff, which I encourage you to check regularly. Finally, ARAM has two unique summoner spells: [Clarity] & [Mark], and a few items. 1.6 – Does ARAM have a summoner spell specificity? Yes. First, their cooldown is reduced.
10 Δεκ 2022 · At the time of that comment which was 135 days ago sett just before the -20 ability haste nerf had the highest aram winrate after the -20 ability haste he went down to like the 7 highest aram winrate. Setts winrate has now fell off and he's the 62nd highest but back when the comment was made he was the top dog of aram.
3 Ιαν 2023 · Just mathematically correct Sett with Death's Dance. Play focused on your ult and W. In normal game, Mathematically Correct Sett is too immobile to be viable, but in ARAM where all you need is a good ultimate and you have the snowball to get into close quarters, Math Sett is undisputedly the strongest build.
