25 Απρ 2024 · You can get married in San Francisco’s historic City Hall by a Commissioner from the Office of the County Clerk. For smaller wedding ceremonies. If you have 6 guests or fewer, make an appointment to have a small civil marriage ceremony or domestic partnership ceremony at City Hall.
Make and pay for a Marriage license and ceremony reservation. Locate availability, receive an appointment confirmation, cancel an existing appointment and pay corresponding fees.

Clients traveling to San Francisco for a wedding can work with their local County Clerk to procure a marriage license. Please note that your marriage certificate must be filed with the same County from which you received your license.
Due to limited space and time, civil ceremony weddings can have a maximum of 6 guests. If you will be bringing more than 6 guests, you will need to book a private wedding through the San Francisco City Hall Events Department at www.sfgov.org/cityhallevents.
