Hi JK, this is a known issue with DPI scaling in Windows 10. Right click your Desktop, choose Desktop Settings. What Scale factor is set there. Click Custom Scale and adjust your Scale factor. Log out and back in to Windows. Check to see if this is resolved, if not, adjust the scale factor and log out and in, until you can see all the icons.
