I'm having the same issue. I have 3 sims in my household. 1 at gardening skill level 10, 1 at level 4 and 1 at level 3 and the talk to plants interaction isn't available for any of them, for any quality of plant in any kind of planter (garden pot, vertical garden, hydroponic or standard planter) or world location (it's currently winter in my game so locations to test are limited)

Hero. @Mack232323 Moving the Electronic Arts folder shouldn't be a problem. The game will create a new one, with a new Sims 4 folder inside, if it's able to launch at all. Try running the takeown command on your Documents folder. First, run a Windows search for "Command Prompt," open it, and enter this command:
The most recent game patch, but the reapers reward event wasn't working for me at all prior to the patch. All other quests worked fine except the research ambrosia one and the seance table one. I have removed all mods, disabled organized debug for BBB, deleted cache files, repaired my game. Still not working.
23 Οκτ 2024 · So I got into my game options. Started going through everything. Saw a tab that said DirectX 9. Hovered my mouse over it to see what it said. It says to click that to enable DirectX 9 on startup instead of DirectX 11.1. Figured, what the hell, I've tried everything else. Clicked the box and restarted my game.
