There are three options: Maxis defaults, geneticized skins, and custom skins. The geneticized skins are based off of these skintones (Party for One/Calm Depths/Honeygold Redeux), which also conflict with Lilith's Marigold skin , so you can't use them both at the same time , sorry.

Feathers Skinblend: A blend of Leh’s newest MM skin and Summerdreamsims’ Paper Doll skin. The upper eyelids are from a skin by Trapping (December skin), the lips are from Noodle’s Short Circuit Skin, the bodies are a mix of Leh’s and Nilou’s (Memories skin).
A new skin set in 10 shades + defaults. These skins are a combination of some of my favourite skins for The Sims 2, using io’s bodies with new, “soft” faces and includes two new colours. I made them for my own game, they might not suit everyone’s style/standards.
