29 Οκτ 2023 · The last time I did this was about a year ago, so Smart Switch wanted to update. I did that and it is now running v4.3.22083_3. It says "Connect your device to get started" I plugged the S7 in on the USB data cable I use to transfer stuff to/from the PC. Smart Switch says "Update the Smart Switch app on the connected device".

16 Νοε 2023 · I have the latest PC version and Mobile version of Smart Switch. When I connect PC and Mobile, the PC version says Smart Switch needs an update. When I click ok, it reports "update failed" on the PC side. This is preventing me from performing a backup. Please advise?

19 Απρ 2023 · Smart switch for Windows saying to Update the Smart Switch app on the connected device. When I am clicking "Update Smart Switch" it tries to update but failed. My app is already updated from Google play store. I then uninstall the app and reinstalled from Galaxy Store. Still the Software saying to update the app on the connected device.

26 Απρ 2020 · Smart switch tries to update "some components", but gets stuck on 100% download and never completes the update. I have unistalled and reinstalled several times on several different computers. I am not trying to backup my phone, I am trying to update my Galaxy s20 ultra that has been carrier umlocked and needs to be updated through smart switch.
