19 Οκτ 2000 · A software radio is a radio whose channel modulation waveforms are defined in software. All wireless telephones are controlled by this software. Written by the leader in the field, this book covers the technology that will allow cellular telephones to greatly expand the types of data they can transmit.
1 Σεπ 2018 · This paper is a survey of the state-of-the-art SDR platforms in the context of wireless communication protocols. We offer an overview of SDR architecture and its basic components, and then discuss the significant design trends and development tools.
3 Μαΐ 2019 · The software radio architecture defines the modulation and structure whereby multiple segments are used to attain the evaluated administrations and capabilities in the configuration and limitation radio protocols.
1 Μαΐ 1995 · This article provides a tutorial review of software radio architectures and technology, highlighting benefits, pitfalls, and lessons learned. This includes a closer look at the canonical functional partitioning of channel coding into antenna, RF, IF, baseband, and bitstream segments.
6 Αυγ 2002 · Understanding the topological properties of the software radio architecture promotes plug-and-play applications and cost-effective reuse. Analysis of these topological properties yields a layered distributed virtual machine reference model and a set of architecture design principles for the software radio.
The purpose of this text is to show how to integrate the analog RF and digital aspects of radio with the rapidly emerging large-scale object-oriented software technology needed for open-architecture software-defined radio (SDR). This is therefore a systems engineering text. It is not a design text.
