  10. 26 Σεπ 2015 · In the last few weeks, no programs in the startup folder are launching. I only have one but I have experimented with others and they do not launch either. The program itself has that option chosen, the item appears in the startup tab in MSCONFIG as well. I have even changed the shortcut in the startup folder to run as admin, which I am.
