In my opinion everything about him is a scam. He’s probably already selling every vitamin known to man to try and make up some of the nutrients in the foods he says we shouldn't eat. As a scientist he should know foods provide more nutrients than supplements.

I have decided to continue taking Dr. Steven Gundry's Bio-Complete 3 to help regulate naturally the build-up and destructive acts of "Lectins and Sugar." The much bigger poison in our society is "Sugar". Dr Gundry's products do work to help digestive issues, but it's only 1/2 the solution.
