27 Νοε 2012 · Replaced my factory G23 barrel with a Storm Lake. Now I am having A LOT of misfires with certain ammo- UMC 180gr fmj flat nose and Fiocchi 165gr fmj flat nose primarily. I am getting the click but not the boom (light strikes) on about 3-5 rounds per magazine.

9 Νοε 2013 · I got a Storm Lake Glock 23 barrel to convert my 32 to .40 S&W, and IMMEDIATELY noticed a problem. The "notch" that the rear of the guide-rod/recoil spring sits in has a machining flaw/defect, it was machined CONSIDERABLY LARGER than the factory Glock barrel.
18 Ιουν 2021 · I have a Glock 17 Gen 3 That i replaced the Factory/OEM/Stock Barrel with a Direct Fit Drop in Stormlake Stainless Steel Barrel, I replaced the Barrel Probably about 2011.
16 Νοε 2012 · I got a Storm lake 10mm 6.02" barrel for my Glock 20 last month. It would sometimes jam up with the cartridge part way into the chamber. To fix it, I polished the chamber and feed ramp, and slightly rounded the edge of the transition from the feed ramp to the chamber.
4 Μαΐ 2015 · About 5-6 rounds in, I had an issue. I initially thought it was an issue with the extractor I had to replace recently. (Which didn't make sense but I figured i would just shoot the other glocks I had with me).
21 Νοε 2013 · Something is going on with your loaded brass if factory rounds fit in the storm lake barrel. What do you mean by they won't fit? What's your COAL? How much flare are putting in your brass?
15 Σεπ 2016 · i have used two drop-in barrels from storm lake. can't speak for the smoothness of the bore but those things are putting out seriously tight groups especially noticeable when you use them to replace factory barrels from most non-premium/mainstream handguns.
