Welcome to the Clark County School District SMARTFIND system providing internet access to the Substitute Personnel Assignment System.
To obtain a substitute, please follow the instructions in the employee quick reference card. You will need a touch-tone phone to use the phone system. Smartfind is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Make sure to voice or text any special instructions for the substitute.
Substitute teach at any school, pick a level (elementary, middle, or high school), or select just one school. All we require is that you work 4 days a month (you choose the days). Beyond that is up to you!
The substitute will be paid directly by Sub services. Do Not enter a Grant combo code to pay for a substitute. A sub report is generated and sent to Grants Fiscal Services.
Enter a PIN at least six (6) digits in length followed by the star (*) key. Record the Job Number. You are successfully assigned to the job. PRESS 2 to Enter an earlier time in HH:MM format. Enter new telephone number followed by the star (*) key. 1. PRESS 1 to Change your PIN.
