We offer five WCS classes each week for dancers of all levels. All classes are 90 minutes, include two instructors and are highly energetic and entertaining. Included with your class registration is an hour practice session/party with each class.
Developed from Lindy Hop, the playful, fluid movement of West Coast Swing incorporates improvisation to visually mirror the feel of the music. Beginners can easily master the basic steps, while advanced dancers will be enthralled with creating clever tricks and new moves.

Austin Westie Academy is a West Coast Swing venue offering classes and social dancing in the Austin area every Thursday of the month. Our aim is to provide an inviting and fun environment for dancers of all experience levels to learn and dance West Coast Swing!
