  2. This article explains the concepts of test, measurement, and evaluation and how they are used in educational research and practice. It also provides a conceptual framework, a literature review, and some best practices for setting test items and evaluating learning outcomes.

  3. Definition of testing. Simply put, a test refers to a tool, technique, or method that is intended to measure students’ knowledge or their ability to complete a particular task.
