When are taxes due? Town & County tax bills are mailed mid-January and are due February 15th without penalty (next business day if due date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday). School tax bills are mailed mid-September and are due October 15th without penalty (next business day if due date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday).
All incoming cash is recorded and disbursed to State, County, and Local officials. The Town Clerk also contributes to town and departmental budget preparation, management of petty cash, general purchasing, and assisting with State and internal audits.

Taxes may be paid online at https://egov.basgov.com/westseneca/ or via mail/in person in the Town Clerk’s Office at 1250 Union Rd. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, with extended hours (8am to 6:30pm) on Tuesday, February 18.
