This document is a legal agreement that Participants must sign before entering Urban Air, an adventure park that offers various activities. It releases Urban Air and its affiliates from all claims and damages arising from Participants' exposure to risks, injuries, or COVID-19.
By signing this document, you agree to give up legal rights and assume all risks of participating in trampoline and adventure park activities at Urban Air. You also agree to release and indemnify Urban Air and its affiliates from any claims or injuries related to your exposure to bacteria, fungus, viruses, unknown contagious diseases or COVID-19.
