Most car dealers who sell used vehicles must comply with the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC's) Used Car Rule. In fact, car dealers who sell, or offer for sale, more than five used vehicles in a 12-month period must comply with the Rule.
12 Αυγ 2021 · The federal lemon law covers a much wider variety of vehicles, including ATVs, motorhomes, and boats. Most state lemon laws are limited to “personal use” vehicles. Mag-Moss does not include that limitation, meaning you can file a claim for a vehicle that is used for business purposes as well.

The Rule chiefly requires dealers to affix a sticker on used cars for sale, disclosing whether a warranty accompanies the vehicle. A new EU law designed to reduce speeding and improve road safety will apply to all new cars sold in the European Union from 7 July 2024. The law requires manufacturers to fit intelligent speed assistance (ISA) technology to their cars, but they can implement it in various ways – including automatically limiting the car's speed.
