Our barrel vise will handle barrels from .775” to 1.375“in diameter. The powder coat finish is so durable it grips barrels like a gorilla. The powder coat finish will also NOT harm the barrel in any way and will not leave any marks whether blued or stainless.
This barrel vise will grab hold of most, if not all current production carbon fiber barrels out there on the receiver/action end of the barrel. No more worries about crushing the carbon fiber on your new barrel.

The Viper Barrel Vise is constructed of 6061 aluminum. The bottom half is 1” thick, for added strength, when mounting to your work bench. All four hardened, threaded bolts have a support spring.
For your barrel removal and installation needs from .750 to 1 inch, the Viper barrel vise has you covered. It’s made mostly from aluminum, and it’s incredibly durable. The Viper Bench Rest barrel vise is simple tool but an effective one.
The Viper Barrel Vise is made from sturdy 6061 aluminum with a 1” thick base for secure bench mounting. It features four hardened, threaded bolts with support springs to prevent movement during barrel insertion and removal. Designed to accommodate barrels with an outer diameter of 0.750" to 1", with a base of 7" x 3" and a top plate of 3" square.
