I have my serial number from the VDJ Pro program which i payed for but it will not go through and no one seems to be of any help. On top of that this forum just keeps stating and re-posting the same things. I don't expect any help but i figure i might as well complain cause i am sick and tired of not being able to use a program i payed for.

i lost my original account information that i used the key code for my hercules dj control mp3 e2 on and i can't find my disc either. is their any way you can send me a new code. the only info i have for the controller is the number on the bottom which is 4780583 and I'm sure its just the production number. 14 Ιουλ 2019 · The product serial number can normally be found on the sleeve of the VirtualDJ LE installation CD or sometimes on the back of the manual. If it's not present, please contact the manufacturer using the link above. Or you can contact support if you need further assistance. NOTE: Users on the forums cannot help you with lost serial numbers.

VirtualDJ 8 (and above) does not require any serial number (keycode). Serial numbers (keycodes) are only valid and used by VirtualDJ 7 and older discontinued products.

Purchased licenses appear in your Account page (and in VirtualDJ Settings-->LICENSES tab) and are associated with the email (s) of your VDJ Account.if your hardware came with a LE licence contact the hardware maker saying ...
