My previous MSDN subscriptions had the older SDK listed to download ; however, my current Visual Studio subscription doesn't have any of the SDKs for VBA or VSTA listed. I'm looking to download the VBA 7.1 SDK, could someone direct me to the link or how to get the SDK?

Visual Basic 6.0 is no longer officially supported by Microsoft, and it is not available for download on the official Microsoft website. However, it may be possible to find unofficial sources that still offer the software for download.

At this part you are going to want to uninstall every Microsft visual c++ Redistributable that you can see then restart your computer/laptop. After this scroll up in this forum and click the x64 link and download it *FIRST* then do the x86. That let it download and created the path I needed.

So try once again by running the setup as administrator. 2) there are new version available visual studio 2010 and above with .NET capabilities which varies from VB6 so some code syntax may vary. but if you are ok with new version then you can download it ...
