After visiting Clover Hill Winery we decided to try Vynecrest which is only a mile or two away. We arrived with only 30 minutes before closing. The atmosphere is warm and rustic. A nice variety of wines and free tastings. I drink both white and red wine and felt the reds were better than the whites.

Vynecrest is the oldest existing vineyard in Lehigh County. Vynecrest Winery officially became a licensed winery in 1989 and the Tasting Room occupied the lower level of the barn (now the Vyneskeller)—we originally offered six estate-bottled wines.
Vynecrest Vineyard & Winery is located seven miles west of Allentown, PA in the picturesque, rolling hills of the Lehigh Valley. The vineyard is situated on a perfect growing site. The hand-picked grapes are the source of our estate-bottled wines.
Light Appetizers, beer, and wine slushies. Live music Saturday and Sundays 1-4pm, year round. Outdoor patio open seasonally with great views of our vineyards. History – In 1989, Vynecrest Winery opened their tasting room in the cellar of our Swiss Bank Barn.
Located in Breinigsville, the winery is open for tastings seven days a week. Enjoy complimentary samples of a variety of wines including popular chocies Lemberger, Vynecrest Red, Naked Chardonnay, and Autumn Gold.
