This then pushes the guttering out from the roof line by 9-17mm. Any rainwater (or in sparodic areas) then simply misses the gutter.

11 Φεβ 2012 · The water undertaker is responsible to their main isolating stop cock usually out in the pavement or driveway, then the meter is theirs if you have one. After that it it your responsibility. I have one customer with 1100m of leaking rotten iron water pipe from the meter to the house, all his reponsibilty to replace.

You are responsible ffom the water boards stop tap to your property. I couldnt give you a price as some water boards vary a bit on depths etc, ie between 600mm and 750mm. Not necessarily seal, as the above answer suggests, but a little water in the emulsion for the first coat or two will make it easier to apply as the plasterboard will soak the moisture up quite quickly regardless.
