Created from scratch an efficient web scraper to mine WebMD for data on all the drugs listed on the website as well as the customer reviews for those drugs. Using this data, along with data from public databases on drug side effects, to classify the drugs using deep recurrent neural networks with long short-term memory cells.
12 Μαρ 2016 · WebMD is essentially useless for physicians. As stated, the site is geared towards the layman. It's too vague and lacks significant depth for real guidance. Maybe a first year medical student might be able to gain a little from it, but after completion of the preclinical years it's a waste of time.

31 Ιουλ 2021 · Not a doctor. However I know one who said this “it is helpful if you are a doctor.” Which makes sense. A lot of people either look too much into the symptoms when in reality they have the sniffles and could take a NyQuil and go back to sleep instead of waltzing into the ER at 4am demanding an immediate fix to something that will go away on its own (apparently this happens a lot).
I converted the .aea files using VLC, tried in FLAC & MP3, same outcome.I Google and found FFmpeg, which though I'm familiar with DOS based interfaces, is a bit initially cumbersome (batch files make life easier), I found a nifty front end for it that makes life easier called QWinFF.
10 Αυγ 2014 · WebMD is trying to educate people, but not replace doctors. I'm not a doctor, but I do get frustrated and irrationally angry when a client tries to convince me that his five minutes of talking to friends or looking on the internet is a better analysis than my education and experience.
11 Ιαν 2024 · Having once worked at WebMD,I can attest its become a very squeeze all possible profit and work out of everyone and invest nothing back into the operation type of place to work. If you continue to buy companies it looks like your revenue is growing every single year.
