WiiMC (Wii Media Centre) is an open source media player for the Nintendo Wii. It allows users to play various types of media files such as videos, music and photos on their Wii console. Ability to play virtually any video or audio format. DVD playback, with DVD menu support (newer Wiis have incompatible drives). Picture viewer. Music player.
The Wii was originally capable to read DVDs through the Disc Channel, however it was scrapped and this is a WIP project that aims to restore the DVD function. Included in the download is a custom theme (Wii + DVD.mym) that enable the DVD .tpl and center it.
This Vault contains every known Wii disc in the world, synchronized nightly with Redump. To play them you'll need an emulator from the Emulation Lair . All downloads are in .7z format and can be opened with the free tool 7-Zip .
