12 Μαρ 2017 · Basically, whenever I turn on my computer, it gets to the Starting Windows phase and just stays there. The startup animation still plays, yet it gets nowhere. I have tried booting into safe mode, however it gets stuck at loading CLASSPNP.SYS. It then freezes there and doesn't continue booting.

9 Μαΐ 2013 · Today I went to turn it on and it just sat right at the Windows Starting screen, and it sat there with the animation moving, but it won't move past. I then tried to start it in Safe Mode, which there it freezes up as well.
24 Οκτ 2010 · Windows 7 Freezing up during startup. After I lost battery power last night my system freezes up when I try to start it up. The only way I can get anything working is if I am in Safe Mode.
24 Ιουν 2016 · Install the WPT (social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/… also works for win7), run WPRUI.exe, select First Level, DiskIO, FileIO & under Performance Scenario select Boot. Number of iteration can be set to 1 and click to start. This reboots Windows and captures all activity during boot.
