To do so, right-click on the Start button on the taskbar and then click Windows PowerShell (Admin) option.
-Press Windows key + X -Go to Settings -Click Update and Security -Click Troubleshooter then Additional troubleshooter. -Look for Windows Store Apps and run the troubleshooter. -Press Windows key + X -Click Windows Powershell Admin -Copy and paste each of the commands below and hit Enter
Check what is the current OS Build of your Windows version by going to Settings > System > About. Go to Download driver and firmware for Surface, choose your Surface device model then click Download on the next page. Choose the .msi file that matches your current OS Build and click Next. After downloading, run and install the .msi then Restart.

20 Απρ 2020 · All it shows is a blank screen with a fixed camera icon. I have spoken to the manufacturer and they have done a diagnostic test and found that after my recent Windows 10 Update, there is now no generic camera driver listed in my Device Manager. I cannot find a link to install the correct camera driver from Microsoft. Any help would be appreciated.

29 Νοε 2023 · Anyway, there must be a bug or compatibility issue of the latest Windows version on your device. If you just updated Windows less than 10 days ago I suggest that you try to go back to the previous version of Windows. Open Settings > System > Recovery . Next to Go back , select Go back. I hope this helps.

27 Μαΐ 2020 · When I go the Start and search for camera, two options come up - Camera and S Camera. It appears that Camera is the default app in use. I have checked both and cannot find settings for the white balance, despite following instructions found online for it (right clicking inside the Camera app does not give me any options).
