Both adb are from android platform tools(for windows and for Linux) and with the same platform version. Now add the ".wslconfig" file, restart wsl(by "wsl.exe --shutdown" and start wsl again), now WSL adb works well.

18 Αυγ 2021 · The configuration for Windows Feature: Windows Subsystem for Linux is installed. Windows Hypervisor Platform is installed. Hyper-V is installed. If you need the Emulator, you only need to turn off Hypervisor + Restart. Run: bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off. If you need the Docker back, you can run the hypervisor hence disabling Emulator.
16 Μαρ 2022 · As answered here, it's already possible to connect Android Studio to WSA. But, after you restart Android Studio, it disconnects the Android Debug Bridge and you need to run adb connect <WSA instance IP> again. Is there a way to automatically tell the ADB to connect to WSA when you start up Android Studio, or simply keep it connected?
