20 Ιαν 2008 · In regards to a laboratory, "work plan" is more appropriate. A "working plan" is a strategy or program that is in progress (active). A "work plan" refers only to ideas or propasals related to a job/employment. Hopes this helps.
12 Ιουλ 2008 · A working plan could also be a plan that is in the process of being worked out, or finalized. "My working plan is to visit the museum, eat lunch, and take the next train home. But I will check the train schedule, and it may turn out that we won't eat lunch until we get home."
8 Αυγ 2012 · In BE I would use draw up or work out. I have never seen set up a plan, but it seems possible. Likewise I have never seen work up a plan. I don't have any feeling about what it means, but I think it is less common than the above alternatives.

1 Δεκ 2018 · Two possibilities are "calendar" or "planner". We can only guess that the exercise is to determine if you are able to use the root word plan correctly in each blank because it follows up with a second blank space where "planning" has to fit. So, it follows the first blank is also about the root word plan. If so, the only word that fits is Planner.
13 Αυγ 2016 · I work hard on my thesis. I plan to spend two years abroad. The sentences above are what I would say. Nevertheless I´ve come across with virtually the same sentences (said by native speakers) but they ( which really surprised me) used present simple tense instead of the present continuous - which is the tense I would prefer slightly more.
