Atlas has a built-in plugin system allowing for the easy addition of map packs. In fact, Atlas ships with 6 of these plugins (for battlegrounds, dungeon locations, flight points, scenarios, and outdoor raid bosses).

Atlas is a very popular addon by Dan Gilbert, the author of Hacking World of Warcraft. It allows viewing of maps of areas (such as instances and battlegrounds) that normally don't show in the world map window. It also includes maps of flight paths and boat and zeppelin routes.
This is a map module that provide instance maps from vanilla - both the Retail version's instances in Kalimdor and Eastern Kingdom, and the WoW Classic. Either way you will still need to instal Atlas. Classic WoW Instances' Maps.
