3 Οκτ 2024 · Regarding visibility of webinar or meeting id in the Zoom web portal and why some can see, but not others as “upcoming” – only Zoom Events Hub owners can see upcoming Zoom Events in their web portals. Members of the hub, despite creating a particular Zoom Event and being a host, will not see these as upcoming in their portals.

LMS email address and Zoom email address match, and they can access their Zoom account to schedule meetings and start them, Zoom Dashboard reflects this as well, but the Zoom web portal does not. Under the In Meeting (Basic) section, verify that Join different meetings simultaneously on desktop is enabled. If the setting is disabled, click the toggle to enable it. Regards, Rachel Gomez
