Medicaid Benefits Application login will be from My Ohio application. You can goto My Ohio for any futher operations.
There are three ways to apply for Medicaid benefits or renew your benefits. Your Medicaid benefits will need to be renewed annually and you will be notified when it is time to renew. Step 1. Just like the application process, you can apply/renew online, in person, by mail, or on the phone.
