Online check-in allows those who have reserved seats and completed the required information to check into their flight from 24 hours prior to departure. During this process, you can confirm or change seats and get a boarding pass.
After online check-in, please obtain your boarding pass at least 60 minutes before your flight departs. You can do this using a self-service check-in machine (at certain airports) or at a baggage drop counter.
Available from 24 hours until 75 minutes prior to the departure time for ANA international flights, or from 24 hours until 20 minutes prior to the departure time for Japan domestic flights.
For boarding procedures for international flights, you can either check in online in advance, or check in at the airport at a counter or using a self-service check-in machine.
