Dispatch can see in real time where drivers are, managers can call dispatch whenever they wish to get updates—locations, how many stops a driver has left, etc. if your package has a senseaware then it tracks the package in real time also. There are also cameras on each truck.

Here's the rub. FedEx didn't fail you. You might think FedEx failed you but they didn't. With FedEx Ground/HD no packages are picked up transported or delivered by FedEx Ground employees. The only FedEx employees that MIGHT deliver a ground package is an Express employee that's being contracted out to Ground by Express. But the brand!!!! Yep ...

You will need to teach yourself a little bit about APIs in general, then have a play around with the FedEx API to generate the data in the exact format you want.

Picked up - Yeah, this one is obvious Arrived at FEDEX location - Your package has arrived at the local depot. Its in a trailer or a pile and will be sorted, eventually.

29 Μαΐ 2020 · PSA. If you are waiting for a package and the tracking says "Label Created" and "Shipment Information Sent to Fedex" then Fedex does not have the package yet. It doesn't matter what the shipper is saying. It doesn't matter if you know the person who shipped it personally. If it says that then Fedex has not touched it or scanned it.
9 Απρ 2022 · Shipper sends shipment data but does not ship the package on that date. Weather delays during shipment (remember Ground moves everything by rail or tractor trailer, not by plane). Too many packages in the network exceeding capacity can cause a delay. A shipping network as complex as FedEx can have all kinds of issues that can lead to delays.

I have a Fedex 2-Day package that was supposed to be delivered today (the second day), but according to the tracking, is still at a facility 3 states away from me.. it last updated at 4pm yesterday when it arrived at said facility...
