19 Δεκ 2022 · Before, Frontier flyers could call a traditional customer service line to get help with issues such as reservations, cancellations or lost bags. Now, flyers needing assistance must either use a 24-hour live chat available on the airline's website, reach out on social media channels, send an email or file a written complaint, per the airline.
o The fee is waived if the child is an Elite level member of Frontier Miles®. • To ensure a safe and comfortable flight, all unaccompanied minors will be seated in the last rows of the aircraft regardless of the Fare Option purchased as this allows our flight attendant to better supervise unaccompanied minor travel.
