With flights crisscrossing the U.S., Caribbean, and Mexico, the airline covers more ground (and airspace!) than some of the country’s other ULCCs. 4 ημέρες πριν · I found the Help and Support page to be the fastest method, where I was able to use live chat for immediate help. Additionally, I could also call their support line during off-peak hours for quicker responses. The Frontier Airlines app and social media platforms also offer easy access to support, and I received prompt replies on both.
If you use their required chat, pour a good drink, you'll be online for 1 to 2 hours. My last refund got me 275 people in front of me in their chat line. Then after everything is said and done, they will simply direct you to a hidden website and the chat won't even allow you to "click through" to it.
