22 Νοε 2024 · I explained the situation, that my email was literally linked to the account since I created it and I had billing proof but just got a response telling me to basically stop messaging support and that they can’t verify ownership (see attachments).
4 Νοε 2024 · Appeals sent through Roblox Support are reviewed by actual Roblox moderators, but they just follow strict guidelines. Anyway, if you mean you want to get in touch with a moderator in private, I don’t think this is possible, but you can dial them on (888)-858-2569 and appeal on-phone.
3 Νοε 2024 · Roblox Support should be using the most current account records when verifying that an account belongs to someone. A private message is associated with this bug report. While contacting Roblox Support, I was asked to refile my case using the email address tied to my account, which confused me, as I had already been doing so.
