Below is a list of payment methods that we accept at the airport, on united.com and the United app. We no longer accept cash as payment at most counters and kiosks in the airport. Not all forms of payment are accepted in all countries/regions.

You can modify your trip or manage your reservation by going to My trips. Find MileagePlus ® contact information for your region. Book your trip online at any time. Get additional help through our Help Center.
Sign in to your MileagePlus account on the official website of United Airlines.
You can change your flight on united.com or the United app in four steps: Go to My Trips. Select “Change flight”. Select “Edit” to update your flight. Choose a new flight. You can also change your flight over the phone, but you might be charged a fee.
Step 1: Find your credits. Sign in. and. view your credits. in your MileagePlus account, or look them up below. Step 2: Find a flight. Shop on our website or app just like you normally would. Step 3: Use your credits. When you’re ready to pay, select travel credits as your payment method.
