29 Ιαν 2021 · Typical stupid UPS garbage. Just like on the web site home page when you click on "Login/Signup", it takes you to the signup page first with a really small hyperlink for "Login". I am guessing that at least 99% of the people going to the link on the home page are doing it to login and NOT signup.
11 Ιουν 2022 · A: If your package has a departure scan it will get an arrival scan. Departure Scans are logical scans based on the most recent physical scan. When a trailer departs or arrives at a UPS facility the packages in that trailer get a scan based on that. If you have a departure scan you will eventually see an arrival scan.

I was told by 2 customer service reps on different calls that the local offices are set up only to make outgoing calls. There are no numbers available for us to call them ...
28 Φεβ 2022 · The 2 for UPS show no pickup, no transit, nothing, just like I created a label and UPS never picked up ... and I dropped them off personally ... so wtf. I ordered something off the JBL website a couple days ago and today it says shipped and gave me a tracking number. I went on UPS site and it says the tracking number isn't in their system.

My package had a departure scan out of San Diego for 6 days now. There has been no update on tracking since the 8th. My package is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. I live in New York.
19 Δεκ 2018 · Tracking a package after 120 days... I need to track a package that is past the 120 day mark, UPS.com just says "UPS could not locate the shipment details for this tracking number. Details are only available for shipments made within the last 120 days. Please verify your information." Odd, because I just checked a fedex package from over a year ...
28 Μαρ 2019 · The tracking shows the centers it 'arrived' at based on the trailer being there. Even if the trailer was unloaded at some of the locations, the package might be in a smalls bag and never scanned individually. She was very clear that it was not still sitting on the truck. If it was "sitting on a truck" (package car) they could go get it.
16 Μαΐ 2021 · When tracking a package it used to be that you could view the detailed scans (which included the approximate container scans). Now it says On the Way. Clicking on view details doesn't give any useful information... Or does it? This trick works whether you have just a tracking number or click on the tracking logged in through UPS My Choice.
