OpenStreetMap supplies map data and not applications. If you are looking for a map application on your phone, then you will likely want to download one through the respective "store"; there are both open source and proprietary types of mobile map viewers available, supplied by third parties.
A simple OpenLayers map with OpenStreetMap layers. This examples uses the "official" OSM layers "Mapnik" and "Tiles@Home" by way of including a Javascript library from the OpenStreetMap server. This way they stay current even if details like the name of a tile server change.
