If you want to show headlines down to the third level, simply choose Level 3 to be displayed.   4. 10 Μαΐ 2020 · When converting word documents to PDF and XPS files, you can only get the first 3 page of PDF file. Upgrade to Commercial Edition of Spire.Doc MS Office, Office.Interop or Office automations are not required.

I know how to 'find' the word but is there any way I can bulk highlight it instead of highlighting each word individually and what peice of software I will need? It's worth noting that Stevens answer works, but make sure if using a for loop to export multiple files to place the ClientObject or Dispatch statements before the loop - it only needs to be created once - see my problem: Python win32com.client.Dispatch looping through Word documents and export to PDF; fails when next loop occurs

  8. 11 Ιουν 2010 · I agree with posters listing OpenOffice as a high-fidelity import/export facility of word / pdf docs with a Java API and it also works across platforms. OpenOffice import/export filters are pretty powerful and preserve most formatting during conversion to various formats including PDF.

  9. 29 Σεπ 2017 · Select the "Adobe PDF" printer as your default printer in the Windows control panel. Once you do that, reformatting the Word document should use the information from the PDF printer, and when you then actually print (or convert to PDF) to this printer, Word should no longer reformat the document.

I didn't see a feature for "Print Scaling" in Acrobat, but when I hover in the bottom left corner of the PDF, page size is A4. PS. You can see "scaling" in the first screenshot.
